For Facilities & Providers

Wheelchair care, handled for the whole floor.

TLC WASH runs recurring on-site washing and sanitizing programs for the facilities that depend on wheelchairs every day. We come to your building, work chair by chair, and nothing goes out of service.

Who We Serve

If your residents, clients, or rental fleet rely on wheelchairs, we can build a program around them.

Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care

Recurring on-site cleaning for resident chairs and house chairs, run floor by floor so nothing leaves the unit.

Assisted Living & Memory Care

Scheduled visits that work around meals, activities, and care routines. Residents keep their own chair the whole time.

Hospitals & Rehabilitation Centers

Transport chairs and rehab equipment cycled through a deep wash, sanitizing treatment, and steam clean on a set rotation.

Adult Day & Community Programs

One visit covers the whole floor. We work on site while your program runs, with no equipment pulled from service.

DME & Wheelchair Rental Fleets

Turn rental units around between clients with a documented clean, so every chair goes back out looking like new.

VA Facilities & Veteran Housing

Veteran-owned and veteran-focused. We built this business around the people who use these chairs every day.

Why a program

One scheduled visit replaces a job nobody has time for.

Wheelchair cleaning is the task that keeps sliding down the list — until a family member notices. A standing route takes it off your staff entirely and keeps every chair on the same standard.

Start with a walkthrough
  • Nothing leaves the floor

We are fully mobile. Chairs are washed, sanitized, and steamed in your building, so no resident is separated from their chair and no unit goes out of service.

  • Hours back for your staff

Wheelchair cleaning stops being something aides squeeze in between rounds. It becomes a scheduled visit that is already handled when your team arrives.

  • Consistent, documented results

The same scope every visit, on every chair, with a record of what was serviced. No guessing which chairs were done last month.

  • Dignity residents notice

A chair is not equipment to the person sitting in it. Residents get theirs back clean, fresh, and looking cared for.

Every chair, every visit

How a Commercial Account Works

Four steps from first call to a standing route on your calendar.

  1. Walkthrough & count

We visit your facility, look at the chairs you actually have, and count units by type. No charge, no obligation.

  2. Program & quote

You get a written quote built on unit count, service level, and how often you want us — not a per-chair retail price.

  3. Scheduled on-site route

We arrive on your set day and work through the list right there in your building. Nothing gets loaded up or taken away.

  4. Service log & invoice

Every visit ends with a record of what was serviced. Billing is consolidated to one monthly invoice for the account.

No cost, no obligation

Commercial Questions

What facility managers ask us most before setting up an account.

How is commercial pricing different from your posted package prices?
The Silver, Gold, and Platinum prices on our services page are retail, per-chair rates for individual customers. Commercial accounts are quoted per facility based on unit count, service level, and visit frequency, so the more chairs on a route the lower the per-unit cost.
Do chairs have to be taken out of service?
No. TLC WASH is fully mobile and works on site. We move through your building chair by chair, so equipment stays in your facility and residents are never separated from their own chair for long.
What areas do you cover for commercial work?
We serve facilities throughout the Inland Empire, California, including Riverside, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Fontana, Corona, and the surrounding cities.
How often should a facility schedule service?
Most facilities run monthly or quarterly, with higher-traffic settings such as rehab centers and rental fleets going more often. We recommend a frequency during the walkthrough based on how your chairs are actually used.
How does billing work for a commercial account?
Commercial accounts are invoiced to the facility rather than paid per visit, with charges consolidated onto one monthly invoice. Billing terms are set when the account is opened.
Can we start with a single trial visit?
Yes. Many facilities begin with one visit on a limited number of chairs to see the results before committing to a recurring schedule. Request a quote and let us know that is what you have in mind.
