Gold Package FAQs

The things people ask before booking.

How long does the wax protection last?
A properly applied wax coat lasts roughly 8 to 12 weeks of normal use. Outdoor riders and high-mileage chairs see closer to 8 weeks; mostly-indoor riders push 12+.
Should I do Gold or just stack two Silver washes?
Two Silvers cost more than one Gold and don't include wheel detail or wax. If you're going to clean your chair twice anyway, Gold is the better play.
Will the wax change the look of my chair?
It deepens existing color and restores some shine to faded paint, but it won't change the chair's actual finish. Matte stays matte, gloss stays gloss.
How long does a Gold service take?
Gold runs longer than Silver because of the wheel detail and wax cure time. Plan for a half-day window. We'll give you exact timing when you book.
Can I upgrade from Gold to Platinum on the day of service?
Sometimes, depending on the day's schedule. Just text us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate the upgrade when we arrive.
Are there any extra charges on top of the package price?
The package price is the price. Three things add a flat $10 each: greasing every grease point, blacking out chipped paint on the frame, and travel when your address is more than 15 miles out. We let you know up front when you book, so there's never a surprise at the door.
